How to make a John Collins

Taken directly from Sam Malone's Black Book, 6th Edition (bought in Cheers Bar in Boston 04 May 2006):

Fill Glass with ice
2 oz Whiskey
Fill with sour mix
Shake
Dash of Soda Water
Garnish with Cherry and Orange

For the sour mix, in blender:

1 Egg White
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Sugar

Blend until sugar is liquefied.
