The Matrix Revisited

The Matrix sequels have to go down as one of the greatest wasted opportunies in cinematographic history, but time is the great healer. Having got over the fact that (it took me a while) there is no philosophy worth discussing, I watched Matrix Reloaded over the weekend. It actually stacks up pretty well as an action film - more Terminator than Blade Runner perhaps, but the motorway sequence is incredible. Maybe its time to take another look at Revolutions.
