When I first joined Neil Macehiter and Neil Ward-Dutton at MWD, I had an immense feeling that it was a good move, but I didn't for the life of me know why - sometimes, you just have to go with your gut. 8 months later and I know it was the right thing to do because we share a common goal - to help people do Information Technology better, breaking with the habits and mindsets of the past. At MWD we are building a corpus of information about how this can be done, and we're making it available via Creative Commons to anyone who feels it could be useful to them. Currently we have reports on areas such as Identity Management, Service Oriented Architecture and IT Service Management, as well as vendors capability assessments and general briefs on vendor offerings, and we're adding to the pool all the time.
